Thames War Memorial Civic Centre

200 Mary Street, Thames

SET UP & PACK DOWN:

The Thames War Memorial Civic Centre will open at 7:00am for you to set up.

You'll have clear access to the site until 8:45am when we ask all stall holders to be ready.

Alternatively, you can set up on Wednesday, August 17th, between 5:30pm - 9pm.

Please do not leave valuables in the hall overnight.

At the end of the event, the Civic Centre must be fully vacated and cleaned by 8pm.

EQUIPMENT AND FLOOR PLAN:

We will design a floor plan and you'll be directed to prearranged areas where you can set up.

Floor spaces are either large trestle-table sized spaces, or small card table sized.

Please let us know if you are bringing your own tables; we have 40 large trestle tables and 6 small tables that we can lend exhibitors, but you must register early to secure one.

There is room around the tables for pull-up posters, etc.

If you need a wall backdrop, let us know.

You need to bring your own certified extension cords, multi-box, and all equipment required for your creative exhibit.

Wifi is available at the Civic Centre.

PARKING:

There are loading zones at the back entrance to the Civic Centre for off-loading and re-loading vehicles.

Parking is not available in the service lane or bus stop area.

Free all-day parking is available in the car park in front of Danby Field on Queen Street.

REFRESHMENTS:

Tea and coffee will be provided, as well as a light lunch.

REUSE & RECYCLE:

Please take away all your own rubbish and recycling.

Small bins for rubbish and recycle will be on site for little things.
